Our developers are experienced engineers. But behind this, they are professional and passionate bikers. Many of them, race in Cross Race to the 4X and Enduro World Series. So they know what is needed for the track, what works most. Every development starts with an idea, inspiration, vision. Later on, they put them on a sketch board, then elaborated with 3D views and simulation on computers. Through this process, the first step ended with a prototype. It goes under real track condition with the paces of the rider team. Not always everything can be processed on the screen. Sometimes it needs to go under the real condition of the environment. Though we are practical people, we take our ability to the end of the limitation. That’s how we can assess the real state of our product. With the prototype of our products, we can feel what works fine and what does not, and where more development is needed. Depending on the chassis type,  suspensions are tested along with different types of chassis. Our expert team does the whole process from the beginning to the end of the development cycle. This is the only way that we can ensure the durability and quality of our products. We don’t go to production until the prototype satisfies us.

In the very first, when the two bike freaks Uwe Kalliwoda and Klaus Möhwald founded GHOST-Bikes in 1993, no one could have imagined that a tiny local company will be a renowned and international brand. But one thing remained the same: our passion for bikes and ultimate sincerity for perfection. We made true the slogan in an ultimate way.
